When you register for or use our Benefits Passport mobile app and platform, we may collect personal data such as your name, work email address, HKID/Passport ID, employee ID, and information related to the redemption of benefits, coupons, discounts, wellness programs, or other employee perks provided by your employer. We collect, use, and process this data solely for the purposes of providing and administering the employee benefits services, verifying your eligibility to access offers, facilitating redemptions at participating merchants, improving our platform, sending relevant notifications about available perks, and complying with legal obligations.
We will not use your personal data for any other purpose without your consent (or where permitted by law). We take all practicable steps to ensure your data is accurate, kept no longer than necessary, and protected by appropriate security measures against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Your data may be shared with your employer (for benefits administration), participating merchants (only as needed for redemption), or service providers who assist us, but only under strict confidentiality obligations and in compliance with the PDPO. We do not sell your personal data.
